The Customer Care Representative is responsible for scheduling customer estimates and repairs on and off premises.

The Detail Technician Helper ls responsible for assisting the Detail Technician in body repairs and reconstruction of damaged vehicle body.

The Parts Assistant ls responsible for assisting the Parts Manager in working with vendors, placing Parts orders and maintaining parts inventory.

The Vehicle Painter Helper is responsible for preparing customer vehicles for the application of paint.

The Receptionist is responsible for answering all incoming telephone calls into the Collision Center in a professional and timely manner and providing either information requested or directs callers to proper party.

The Collision Repair Technician is responsible for the diagnosis and repair of customer vehicles and the completion of assigned repair order in an effective and competent manner according to manufacturer standards.

The Project Manager is responsible for making repair estimates and accurate time-lines for completion of repairs, communicating with customers regarding repair process and delivery, coordinating with insurance carriers and shop technicians to assure that repairs performed are in line with estimates made and time-lines specified for completion.
